The recipes are gluten-free, & I give options in recipes, so they may be prepared free of dairy, eggs, corn, soy, nuts, shellfish or food-dyes.  It is easy to tailor-make each recipe around any combination of food allergies.

There are photos of each recipe, so the cook can see the finished product before they begin.  Anyone needing to make allergy-friendly beverages, breakfast foods, breads, cakes, cookies, bars, scones, muffins, candy, main dishes, pies, puddings, salads, salad dressings, soups, sandwiches, vegetables, or potato, rice or pasta side dishes, will enjoy the variety this 160-page cookbook has to offer.

Baking Mixes:  Three baking mix recipes are included in the book; a Pancake & Baking Mix, a Pizza Crust & Yeast Bread Mix, and an Oatmeal Flour Replacement Mix (this last mix is for those who cannot eat gluten-free oatmeal flour, which I use in most baking recipes).

Eating gluten-free tastes great!  Eating gluten-free is also healthy!
